The Phoenix Board of Trustees is comprised of 10-15 members of the Phoenix and local communities. It may include parents, past parents, grandparents, community leaders, educators, and alumni who are committed to the school’s unique educational vision and who reflect the strategic expertise, resources, and perspectives needed to achieve the mission and strategic objectives of the school. The board is accountable for the financial stability and future of the school, engages in strategic planning, oversees operating budgets, and participates actively in fund raising. Its primary work is strategic and long-range. The board and heads work in partnership in fulfilling these responsibilities.
