Come in costume, parade down the Essex Walking Mall and compete for prizes behind Old Town Hall. Then walk over to The Phoenix School at 89 Margin St. for an afternoon of magical games and crafts at the Children’s Halloween Costume Party. Ages 3-10 Register for the parade between 11:00am and 11:45am on Salem Common. Parade steps off at noon. Children’s Halloween Costume Party from 1-3 pm. Admission: $10 for both events.
